Introducing the SimpliSafe Customer Story Series. Everyday at SimpliSafe we have the pleasure of making people safer. Hearing the relief in the voices of our customers, who have been the targeted by burglars, is especially rewarding. We have lots of stories to share so we are selecting some to highlight our wonderful customers and give you a peek into our everyday at SimpliSafe.
Setting: Mother purchases SimpliSafe 1500 Apartment Security System for her daughter whose apartment was broken into. Daughter lives alone.

Customer and Concerned Mom: Sandra H. of Minneapolis, MN
Alex: Why did you get SimpliSafe?
Sandra: My daughter was just broken into and I said, alright lets get you set up with an alarm.
Alex: I am sorry to hear that. Was she at home?
Sandra: No, thank god, she was volunteering at the clinic with us.
