You can access your alarm certificate online through your customer account. Simply log in and click through the address under the 'Protected Location' heading to find your alarm certificate.

SimpliSafe Burglar Alarm System

My insurance Company says they need an Alarm Certificate AND an Installation Certificate. The Alarm Certificate in my account isn't signed either... Do I sign this? I would think it would be signed by someone at Simplisafe?
What should I do?

Thanks for posting! You can give your insurance company the main line number and we'll take care of the certificate as best we can. Have them call into 888 957 4675 anytime Monday - Friday from 9AM to 6PM.

Thanks for posting! Your proof of purchase would be the invoice sent with your system. A certificate of monitoring can be found at your customer account online at simplisafe.com by clicking your service address and then the button labeled 'Alarm Certificate'. It is already signed and dated!

Thanks for posting! Your alarm certificate can be found at your customer account online! From your customer account home page, click your service address under 'Manage Your Security System'. On the new page you will notice two buttons, one labeled 'edit location' for changing any of your information, and another button labeled 'alarm certificate'. Just click it, download it, and print it out!
