Seems kind of far especially since there is a 6 hour time difference. As long as they answer and call right away. Am I going to be able to test the system to check the call back time?

Do you have many customers in Hawaii? I was really hesitant about buying this if there is lack of service in Hawaii in the event of an emergency.

Where exactly do you call if police is needed?

The dispatch centers we use are 24/7, so time zones aren't an issue. You can certainly test the system anytime. We do have many customers in Hawaii, not sure if they're big forum posters.

We call the police station that services your exact address. Rather than display any personal or account information on the forums, please call or e-mail and we'll be more than happy to provide your information.

I live in Gardner, KS and I'm wondering what number will show up on my caller ID when the dispatch calls? I use my cell phone and generally don't answer the phone unless I recognize the number. If I could save it to my contacts it would ensure that I answer the phone if an alarm needs to be canceled
