Regarding Emergency Dispatch

Have a few questions:
1) Is it possible to have the simplisafe system call you directly if the alarm is tripped... (ie: No Service)
2) If you are paying for monitoring.. Would it be possible to require simplisafe dispatch to get in contact with you before they called the emergency numbers.
3) Is there a two way communicator?
4) If there is a way the simplisafe dispatch can communicate directly in the apartment, if the alarm goes off and someone identifies themselves as a maintenance person.. can they call me and verify.. (ie: ask the maintenance person security questions to verify they are legitimate)

1) No, the system cannot call you directly...
2) ...but yes, the monitoring service can be very flexible -- you can have the dispatch operators call as many numbers as you like and only dispatch the police when you ask them to, for example.
3) No, there is no 2-way audio...
4) ...but yes, the dispatch operators will verify the identity of whoever they reach by asking them a "safe word" password.
