Unable to Connect with Dispatch Service

I have moved the base station all over my house, but I am still not able to connect with the dispatch service. My account is activated and the serial number for the base station was entered correctly, so I am not sure what the problem might be. Any assistance is greatly appreciated. ~Stephanie
