Waive 3 day test period??

I would like like to know if i can waive the three day "practice period"? I cannot afford to have my home unmonitored which is why I purchased the system. Please tell me this is possible

Hi, I called customer support

Hi,
I called customer support to have them activate my service right away (waive the practice period). The lady said she would contact the monitoring center right away, but it's over a hour and the online status under "Manager Your Security System" still says practice mode? Really need to have the place monitored before we can leave the house tonight.

Thanks for posting the concern! Our representative did put you online with the monitoring service, however, the status was just not updated on your account. We manually check all information before changing the status. As of now your account reflects your current status of 'Active'.
