Can i use the phone jacks to call my phone?

Can i use the phone jacks and use it to dial who i want, or does the "brain" only have one number programmed and thats not changeable?
also, can the keypads be mounted outside and withstand -20f temps? reason i ask is i want to arm system as HOME/STAY while I am away, and other people are still inside......
its unfortunate you guys don't have any light/strobe accessories. Maybe even something like the skylink outlet plug, so it activates the plug and it will turn on whatever is plugged into it (strobe light, etc...)

Thanks for posting! Unfortunately the phone jacks can not be used to dial out any numbers other than our monitoring service.
We don't usually recommend mounting your keypad outside, especially in those colder temperatures. Here's a quick solution to your problem: If you are looking to arm your system in "Home" mode when leaving the house, just open the door you will be exiting, press "Home" on your keypad, and when you exit and close the door the system will arm itself when the door is closed. Hope this helps!

also, on your website, there is a small screenshot of the customizable features of the usb device, but I couldn't find anything regarding the actual customizable features, can you touch on those at all?

Thanks for posting! The exit delay for 'Away' mode is 60 seconds and it can be lowered to one second and all the way up to 250 seconds! Other customizable features include entry delay times, alarm duration, alarm volume, and additional PIN numbers!
