Medical Alert Question

Hello,

This system sounds wonderful! I am looking for a system for my great grandmother (in her 80s) and she had asked if any of the security systems available could also serve a "medical alert" function. In other words, if she kept her remote keyfob with her and fell while she was in the house, could the panic feature be used as a way to signal that she needed medical or other help rather than police. I realize that this is not the goal of the system and is a stretch, but was still a question worth asking. Also, does the monitoring center know why the alarm was activated (panic, motion, door sensor)?

Lastly, can multiple keypads be added to the system if two doors are regularly used?
