Very Satisfied

I own a small business and wanted a good security system so I did what many do, I called ADT to come give me an estimate. They wanted to charge $420 for the installation and $48 dollars a month for their service, I asked what about your $99 promotion for the installation and was told yes you can have that but we will have to charge you a lot more for the monthly charge. I knew then they were not for me so I went on the internet and searched for a better alternative and found SimpliSafe. It almost sounded to good to be true but I decided to give it a try anyway and so glad I did. After getting it up and running, which was so easy it took only minutes to install. After a couple of days I had a small problem with the base station speaker and sent them an email for help, they replied very timely with a suggestion to try and see if it could be easily fixed, that didn't work and once again they gave me another suggestion to try. That didn't work either so they then informed me a new replacement was on the way and I received it over night shipping and it's working great. I'm 58 yrs. old and I can't remember ever dealing with a company with this kind of customer service, if your on the fence about trying this system out don't be, you have nothing to lose, they stand behind it 100% and you are at risk for nothing. I will now be getting this system for my home now that my business is covered and I can feel comfortable both my wife and it are safe.

PS. I tried it once to see about the dispatch response time and I received a call back in a matter of seconds, what else could I ask for :)
