Where is my new system?
I responded to an email solicitation in early April to upgrade early and receive the new system when available in May. I ordered the new system and promptly received a confirmation that said it would be shipped on April 30. Although the solicitation said my credit card would not be charged until the new system was shipped, it was actually charged immediately. I shrugged that off, but now I am concerned that it is May 11 and I have not received the new system, nor has the order status changed online. It still says "Upgrade". Not sure what that means. Up until this point my experience with SimpliSafe has been very positive but this situation has me concerned. What is going on?
