Where is my new system?

I responded to an email solicitation in early April to upgrade early and receive the new system when available in May. I ordered the new system and promptly received a confirmation that said it would be shipped on April 30. Although the solicitation said my credit card would not be charged until the new system was shipped, it was actually charged immediately. I shrugged that off, but now I am concerned that it is May 11 and I have not received the new system, nor has the order status changed online. It still says "Upgrade". Not sure what that means. Up until this point my experience with SimpliSafe has been very positive but this situation has me concerned. What is going on?

Interesting, Within 2 hours
Interesting, Within 2 hours of my posting the above, I had an email and a voice mail from SimpliSafe informing me that my new system had been shipped. Guess I should have complained sooner.
You could be lucky it was
You could be lucky it was shipped late. Mine was one of the first and appeared to have a bad cell module. Replaced it tonight and now is working very well.
Me too, expected to receive
Me too, expected to receive after 1 month which after 30 days when I followed up recd mail that it was shipped immediately. Agreed should have followed up earlier.

I guess I should give this a shot, then. I ordered the new system on Apr 5 and my confirmation e-mail said it was expected to ship out May 1. It's May 15 and I haven't heard anything...?
Yeah, I got worried after my
Yeah, I got worried after my upgrade order hadn't arrived after a month and a half, so I canceled the upgrade order. Still like my SS1 unit though. Maybe I'll reorder after things get straightened out with the SS2. Plus it'll allow for more time to see other's bug reports and gauge SimpliSafe's response. I love new tech, but I'm too paranoid to play beta tester with my alarm.
