Adding 2nd SimpliSafe unit and account to 2nd house

Hi,
I bought a 2nd SimpliSafe unit (base station and accessories) from another person and I'm trying to activate it.
I've registered the base serial number to my 2nd account and I've activated Test mode....
I'm getting No Link to dispatcher...please help......
