Entry Sensor Open

Lately when coming in the beeps sound different and then after entering the pin it still says entry sensor open. But then it goes away after asking for the pin again and we re-enter it. We made sure it was entered correctly. I recently changed the batteries on the keypad as it asked me to do so... could that be part of the problem? Or is something going wrong?

Thanks for posting! If your keypad batteries were low, it could cause issues with the signals registering properly. If your problem continues, contact our customer support line and I am sure they can get the problem solved for you!
