Lost settings in the USB keychain

Hello,
After many months, I put my keychain USB in the computer and It would not accept the pin. After repeated tries and I was using the correct PIN, I tried 0000 and it worked, which is strange since my pin was a different one. Once in, I saw that all settings and components are wiped out. How do I recover ?

Thanks for posting! I believe a more detailed description as to the sequence of events would be necessary to give proper instructions. Most likely, your computer's security settings have something to do with this but we more need more information to come to that conclusion. If you did not save any settings, you could re-sync with your Base Station and it would pull all of the information and sensor numbers from the Base Station. If problems continue, contact our customer support line and I'm sure we can help you out!
