I too will start by not having the monitoring service turned on. I will want to avoid the flashing lights. Can you provide me the necessary download? Thanks

Me too....please! No monitoring desired, so please program mine just as with BobMelC.
Just ordered today, and really looking forward to receiving --- with high hopes that the battery life problem has been solved in the sensor units - that seems to be a concern for many, many users.
