No Link to Dispatcher

I pay for monitoring, but I'm getting this. I have to unplug the base station and remove the batteries. Put them back in, and it seems to work fine for a couple of weeks before it loses the Link again. My system has been in service for a year.

Thanks for posting! If this has just recently become a consistent problem, it is possible that the wireless network in your area may have changed. Next time you think you need to do a reset, try moving the Base to another room or window that is facing a different direction.
