Alarm activation light

I think it would be useful to have an additional component - a simple LED light that could be mounted next to the keypad, inside the front door or inside/outside a door leading to a garage - that would indicate that the alarm is activated. This would serve as an indicator for someone entering the house if the alarm had been set by another member of the family that left the house later on.
