Had trouble with a panic button not communicating with the base unit recently. Moved it closer, but still got the periodic warning. My system is only 5 months old, so little chance the lithium battery has run down this soon. I emailed SimpliSafe, and within a few hours got a reply from Alex that a new panic button was being sent. Got the new (improved) button within a couple of days along with return postage for the old unit. I work in a service-providing business, and this is the kind of service we would like to think we deliver. Great job guys. Thanks.
