instructions?

I am happy with customer service so far. However the instruction on the system are quite lacking. I have to read these forums to get info. For instance I read something on a forum that you can insert remote to base station and then into pc to find out which sensor was activated? STill not sure on that one. Is there a way to rename my sensors in my pc? There is a flashing orange light on the back of my base station- what does it mean?
Can an in depth set of instructions be obtained through simplisafe? I realize the product questions are realized through tthese forums, maybe a monthly letter of archived questions and answers? Something available in print for folks without computers?

Thanks for posting! The included instructions are for installation, and not really for an in depth look at every system feature. You'll find all advanced system features on the Easy Setup Wizard on the Keychain Remote. The 'Troubleshoot Problems' menu from the Easy Setup Wizard 'Help' screen will show you which sensors recently triggered alarms.
There is no way to rename sensors at this time. A red light on the Base Station may indicate a few things. Typically it is due to the system searching for a connection while it has none. All of these possible errors will be reported by the Base Station and Keypad.
