Phone Support Hours - Need Expanded.

The customer service and technical support hours are abysmal. No evening support? Or weekends? Only between 9am and 6pm, Eastern Time, Mon-Fri. is not enough. This is when many people are at work, let alone if you are on the West Coast.
The very nature of your product & service (personal safety and home security) demands immediacy if there are problems or issues. I’ve had a few technical issues, which due to your limited hours, meant a night with no alarm. Not acceptable.
You have a solid product. When you do get a hold of Customer Service & Tech Support, they are knowledgeable, competent and helpful. But 9pm-6pm EST, and weekdays only...just doesn't cut it.

Thanks for posting! I've looked into the issue with your new Base Station, and it has been fixed. As for the support hours, we do realize they are limited. We are currently working to expand to limited weekend support, however it's likely a ways out.

We got the system this Monday and are planning to install it tomorrow (Saturday afternoon). Any possibility of having the support available tomorrow (Sept. 17) afternoon?

Thanks for posting! We do not currently have weekend support, but you won't need to contact us to activate or install the system. Just follow the instructions included in the Owner's Manual and you should be all set!
