Phone Support Hours - Need Expanded.
The customer service and technical support hours are abysmal. No evening support? Or weekends? Only between 9am and 6pm, Eastern Time, Mon-Fri. is not enough. This is when many people are at work, let alone if you are on the West Coast.
The very nature of your product & service (personal safety and home security) demands immediacy if there are problems or issues. I’ve had a few technical issues, which due to your limited hours, meant a night with no alarm. Not acceptable.
You have a solid product. When you do get a hold of Customer Service & Tech Support, they are knowledgeable, competent and helpful. But 9pm-6pm EST, and weekdays only...just doesn't cut it.
