Simpli Safe is a Scam

I have been a customer for 4 1/2 months. I continually get messages that my system isn't receiving signal. Last time they contacted me on this matter was 6-30-2013. I called them on it and they said everything was okay. I haven't heard from them since. I just looked at my account and noticed it hasn't been monitored for the last 1 1/2 months. I spoke to them and they said they have emailed me and left messages on my phone that they haven't received a signal. They have not left any messages or emailed me...... and they have 4 contact numbers to reach me on and has been charging my account monthly for service. This is a vacation home we aren't there. This company is very unprofessional and I will be contacting the Better Business Beauro. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY WITH MONIORTING YOUR HOME OR YOUR LIFE YOU WILL REGRET IT......

And here is the same company keeping your post on their site. I amongst many other happy customers continue with SS and continue a dialogue on what we are not happy about and what we like. As far as not hearing from them, when was the last time you called them? And I do not regret my alarm or service with SS. Please note I am not an employee and raise questions and issues when needed.
