Suggestion: Duress Mode

Hi, I was wondering if it would be possible to have a "duress code" for one to use. Quite simply, the idea of the "duress code" would be for a situation where the user is under duress and is forced to silence or turn off the alarm. In this event, the user would be able to enter a predetermined "duress code" which would disarm all sensors and sirens, and would send out a silent "duress alarm" to the monitoring station to send for help. I think this would be great for situations such as the one described above. Maybe such a feature can be possible due to a software update and not a hardware update.

If you are under duress in that moment, you should just provide the wrong safe word password. The operator will then immediately call the police. You can also enter your duress PIN to turn the alarm off and cause the duress signal to be sent. This will also let the dispatch operator know to send the police without any further verification calls.
