  • How much is shipping? How long does it take?
    We offer several shipping options during checkout, including Ground, 2-day Air, Overnight and USPS Priority Mail. Our warehouse is located in Massachusetts so ground shipments to East Coast destinations often take 3 days or less, while West Coast shipments can take 5-7 business days. The shipping cost is calculated based on the size of the security system you order and your address. These shipping quotes are calculated automatically during checkout, at which point you can select your preferred shipping method. If you have any special shipping needs you can contact us at 1-800-548-9508.
  • I ordered my SimpliSafe System online and haven’t received it. How do I track my order? How long should it take to arrive?
    You can log on to your SimpliSafe online account (using your email address and account password) and click on “Order History” to view the current status of your order. Ground shipping typically takes approximately 3-5 business days, depending on where the burglar alarm is being shipped to.
  • What is your return policy? Can I get a refund?
    No problem. SimpliSafe has a 60 day money back guarantee, so we are happy to refund your money. (When we say money back – we mean it!) We will even pay to ship the wireless security system back to us. All you need to do is call us at 800-548-9508 and we will walk you through how to return the system to us. We will send you a postage prepaid return slip – you just need to pack up the system and stick the prepaid label on the box. You can then give the box to your US Postal Service mail carrier or drop it at any Post Office. Once we receive the system, we will issue a refund within 5 business days. If a credit card was used, that same credit card will be credited. If you used another method of payment, we will send you a check.
