No Questions Asked, 60 Day Full Refund Returns, Guaranteed

If you are not completely satisfied for any reason with your SimpliSafe Home Security System within 60 days of purchase, we’ll fully refund you, no questions asked. We'll even send you a postage pre-paid return label, making SimpliSafe truly a risk-free purchase. Once we receive your returned system, we'll issue you your refund, including any unused service, within 2 weeks. We do not charge restocking fees or termination fees. Please note, however, that we cannot refund any express shipping fees.
