Does anyone have insight on getting in touch with Simiplisafe?
I contacted them via email. Got a reply that I would hear back within 24 hours, but I did not.
So then I called yesterday. Spoke to a human who said I would receive a call back in 24 hours. That never happened.
Perhaps there's a more streamlined to hear back from their support team?
My system is down and appears to have been not working for the last week (unbeknownst to me till 3 days ago...)
