my system is not working. not getting help. I am going to discontinue if no body answering the phone. when somebody answer on option 2 no help. option 4 20 to 35 minute wait time.

If you feel the lack of service merits quitting then do it. There is no sign anybody is listening to you here, nor that it's getting any better.

geidiosman, try calling first thing when they open, at 9 am sharp (ET) - try pressing #1 for sales, hopefully someone will answer sooner.
