Can I have a professional install my system?
Yes. We recognize that running a small business is a huge time commitment. We offer professional installation which you can add during check out. You can learn more by visiting our installation page.
Can I give my employees access to my system?
Yes. If you’re on a business monitoring plan, you can empower your staff to better protect your business location while ensuring your system settings remain in your full control. There are two ways to give access to your system:
  1. Basic access: You can provide PINs to allow your staff to arm and disarm the system using the Keypad. You can have up to 10 PINs (1 master + 9 custom).
  2. App access: Which now includes expanded new user roles giving you as the business owner more control around what level of access you’d like your employees to have. You can have up to 25 total app users including yourself as the owner.
What kind of support can my business expect?
As a SimpliSafe Business customer, you’ll have access to elevated support tailored to the needs of small businesses. Our security experts are available 24/7 to help with everything from system setup and device troubleshooting to account management and billing. Elevated support is available daily from 8:00 am to 9:30 pm ET. Outside of those hours, you’ll still have access to 24/7 support to ensure your business stays protected and your questions are answered quickly.
