SimpliSafe Appoints Crystal Caligiuri as Chief Customer Experience Officer

Under Caligiuri’s leadership, SimpliSafe’s core value of customer obsession comes into even greater focus
SimpliSafe today announced the appointment of Crystal Caligiuri as Chief Customer Experience Officer, where she will elevate and drive the strategy for the entire customer lifecycle.
The company, which protects more than four million people today, is laser-focused on keeping people safe and advancing its founding mission to make “every home secure.” In addition to its advanced technology and services, SimpliSafe is known for its industry-leading customer satisfaction levels, which have been recognized by esteemed publications like Forbes and Newsweek.
Crystal brings more than twenty-five years of experience to this role, having led the end-to-end customer experience journey at several high-growth organizations, including Lightspeed Commerce, Shopkeep and Gilt Groupe. She brings a diverse mix of experience across customer engagement, operations and strategy.
