SimpliSafe today announced the appointment of Crystal Caligiuri as Chief Customer Experience Officer, where she will elevate and drive the strategy for the entire customer lifecycle.

Crystal brings more than twenty-five years of experience to this role, having led the end-to-end customer experience journey at several high-growth organizations, including Lightspeed Commerce, Shopkeep and Gilt Groupe. She brings a diverse mix of experience across customer engagement, operations and strategy.
